Written by SummertimeGuard, this defines almost every aspect of timezone information. FACTS only writes this files, it never reads it. Format: { DST START } { DST END } Code:Offset:Week:Weekday:Month:Time:Week:Weekday:Month:Time:Offset:Status Where all time values are in minutes. The week specifies the week number in the month, ie. 1 is the first week, 2 the second, etc. 0 indicates the last week. Code is a two-character country code. FACTS always writes "NT" here (for "Network Time") Status is the current status of DST: YES or NO |
